We ship worldwide!
In India, we offer express shipping to all pin codes for fast and reliable delivery.
For international orders, we ship to most countries with a small additional charge to cover shipping costs.

International orders

We offer shipping to almost every nation. For orders from any other countries not listed, contact us through info@mostwantedcard.com

Delivery Times

We will notify you once your plastic card has been received. We will then begin the transformation process and your custom metal card will be ready for postage within 1-2 business days. Please note, below times are estimates and any delays during shipping are out of our control.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the products you wish to purchase, or customize your own and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide payment and shipping details to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

You can modify your order if it has not yet been processed. Orders are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we are unable cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation. Please keep the original packaging for the return process.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Returns or refunds will not be given to any customisable products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos or designs are not copyright. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos, designs, and account information is correct prior to placing the order. If there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us through info@carboncoskins.com and we will try and rectify the issue, however if the customisable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design. Products are for personal use only; the issuing bank can recover the property at any time. Our products are for aesthetic purposes only. It is the customers responsibility to check their local laws and bank policies. Customers are responsible for any relationship with their bank, if our services void the relationship the customer is liable.

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have thoroughly read and understood the ‘How It Works’ page to ensure they fully understand the order and shipping requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

RETURN POLICY

Returns or refunds will not be given to any customisable products or services. All sales are final and If there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us through info@mostwantedcard.com. We will try and rectify the issue, however if the customisable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design. If you order with a non-compatible chip, we are unable to offer refunds.

Card Insurance

Card Insurance can be added to any purchase. By purchasing Card Insurance.
If your custom metal card is (lost or if it expires) in the first 365 days(1-year option) or 730 days (2-year option), we’ll replace it for just the cost of shipping.
